Meet the Team...Introducing Stacey!

I wanted to give our readers, clients, and potential clients an opportunity to meet the incredible ladies that help JNT Interiors operate day to day and make our firm truly special! I am so thankful for each team member and what they help me accomplish for our clients. Each person who works for me has their own unique design style that truly captures who they are— I thought it would be fun to have them create design boards as a way for you to meet the ladies and learn a little more about them!

Hi friends! My name is Stacey and I joined the JNT team back in March 2022.

Interior Design wasn’t always my calling. I got a job shortly after college working in marketing and did that for almost four years. It was great at first, but after two years I knew it wasn’t my passion and I just couldn’t see myself doing that job forever. So, I went back to school!

After many long days and late nights, I finally became certified. From not knowing what a scale ruler was, to hand drawing floor plans in just months, I was hooked.

The opportunity for the junior designer position and working with Jade, came up on my radar and I knew I couldn’t turn down such a great opportunity. I’ve learned so much in such a short period of time. Jade has really helped me develop my skills as a designer and another bonus is now, I love coming to work!

It’s hard for me to narrow down just one interior design style I love the most because there are so many ways to make a space beautiful.

I personally like a bit more of a modern design, but without it being too contemporary. Sharp clean lines, but then throw in some natural wood finishes and fun textures in tile or textiles to soften the design. I grew up in Florida, so there’s something about a design having a bit of coastal feel that is comforting and comes natural to me. Staying with more light and neutral colors gives the space a calming energy, but then adding in bright and bold colors in some of the accent pieces can really give the space more character.

Is it nice when working with a client that has a very similar style as me? Of course! But in all honesty, I love the challenge of getting out of my comfort zone and creating designs that maybe I personally wouldn’t choose for myself, but still looks incredible in someone else’s home. I enjoy and appreciate many different design styles. My main goal is to always help someone achieve their dream home.
